JetBlue\'s New and Increased Service

JetBlue's New and Increased Service from New York LaGuardia and Ronald Reagan Washington National Take Flight Today

NEW YORK and WASHINGTON, June 11, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- JetBlue Airways (NASDAQ: JBLU) today launches its highly-anticipated new service from New York's LaGuardia International Airport (LGA) and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) to points in Florida, increasing flights at both centrally-located airports by eight roundtrips daily to 16 or more roundtrips by this summer. Fares for all-in, one-way travel are available in New York and Washington D.C. to points in Florida on www.jetblue.com for as low as $99 (a).

"Our new options for customers flying from two of the most travelled cities means added convenience and choice for the busy Northeast corridor," said JetBlue's Vice President of Network Planning and Partnerships, Scott Laurence. "JetBlue's superior product and service offerings paired with reasonable fares are a win for flyers and for us."

At LaGuardia, JetBlue now offers daily service to three new Florida destinations including Fort Myers (RSW), Sarasota/Bradenton (SRQ) and Tampa (TPA). Tampa will be served twice-daily while Fort Myers and Sarasota/Bradenton will each be served with one daily flight. In addition, JetBlue is doubling its LaGuardia to Orlando service, adding two more daily flights for a total of four. The carrier is also adding one more flight to Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood for a total of six daily flights and adding a second flight to West Palm Beach.

At Washington's close-in Ronald Reagan National Airport, JetBlue is adding three more daily roundtrips to Boston for a total of ten per day. JetBlue also added service between Reagan National to Tampa as well as two additional flights to both Fort Lauderdale and Orlando. In addition, the carrier will be serving new 'capital-to-capital' service from Reagan National to San Juan, Puerto Rico starting august 23.

The growth is made possible by the airline's acquisition of slots through an FAA auction.

JetBlue has offered low fare flights at LaGuardia Airport since 2004 and currently provides nonstop service to three Florida destinations - Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood, Orlando and West Palm Beach - with up to ten daily flights. JetBlue began operations at Washington National in November 2010 and operates up to nine daily flights to its focus cities in Boston, Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood, and Orlando.

About JetBlue Airways JetBlue is New York's Hometown Airline(TM) with other focus cities in Boston, Fort Lauderdale, Los Angeles, and Orlando. Known for its award-winning service and free TV as much as its low fares, JetBlue offers the most legroom in coach of any U.S. airline (based on average fleet-wide seat pitch) as well as super-spacious Even More Space seats. JetBlue is also America's first and only airline to offer its own Customer Bill of Rights, with meaningful and specific compensation for customers inconvenienced by service disruptions within JetBlue's control. Visit www.jetblue.com/promise for details. JetBlue serves 71 cities with 750 daily flights. With JetBlue, all seats are assigned, all fares are one-way, and an overnight stay is never required. For information or reservations call 1-800-JET-BLUE (1-800-538-2583), TTY/TDD 1-800-336-5530, or visit www.jetblue.com.
