Nextant Aerospace’s 400XT On Display at NBAA Nextant Aerospace’s 400XT On Display at NBAA Business Aviation Regional Forum Nextant Announces New Product Name 400XT RICHMOND HEIGHTS, Ohio - July 29, 2010 - Nextant Aerospace will have their demonstration aircraft on display at the NBAA Business Aviation Regional Forum August 18th at the Waukegan Airport. The static display will be from 9am-4pm at DB Aviation FBO. “The 400XT certification program is progressing as expected. The Williams FJ44-3AP engine and Rockwell Collins avionics installation are complete and all systems have been powered up. Engine ground test procedures are in progress. We expect to begin engine ground power runs within the next two weeks followed by 1st flight shortly thereafter,” said Jim Miller, President Nextant Aerospace. The Nextant Aerospace 400XT significantly improves the extremely popular Hawker Beechjet 400A/XP by extending its range more than 50% to over 2,000 nautical miles (4 PAX NBAA IFR) while reducing operating costs by 30%. The 400XT is equipped with a Pro Line 21 upgrade that seamlessly manages the Williams FJ44-3AP Full Authority Digital Engine control (FADEC) and enables future NEXTGEN avionics equipage requirements.
